Tracy Wilson is a Field Medical Director located in Houston, TX. Dr. Wilson has been with Pfizer, Inc. for almost 4 years. She has been a part of several health equity/disparities & DE & I projects in her short tenure. She has received numerous awards, including the 2022 Patient Impact Award for Patient Advocacy and NBNPA President’s Award. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including ANA, AANP, TNA, NBNA, NBNPA, and HBA.

Prior to coming to Pfizer, Dr. Wilson worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific, as a Clinical Educator, in the Immunodiagnostic Division, discussing IgE/Blood Allergy testing and Autoimmune testing to A/I, Rheum’s, Peds, IM, NPs & PAs in the Central region, as well as nationally to speak to nursing associations. Dr. Wilson possesses a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Belmont University. She also has a Post-Master Graduate Certificate from the University of Kentucky and is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, through AANP. She graduated from Bellarmine University, with a Master of Science in Nursing Education. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Louisville. Dr. Wilson is currently pursuing an MS in Bioethics and Medical Humanities from Tulane University School of Medicine were she will be graduating May 2023. Dr. Wilson has spent most of her clinical career in pediatrics and Urgent Care. She also has an expansive academic career, teaching pre-licensure nursing students in community college and university programs.

Dr. Wilson is married to Otis' her wonderful husband of 15 years. They have two children, O'Rylee Jaymes and Otis James "Tre', "who keep them very busy with dance and sports. They are avid travelers and have visited several countries around the world.
